Getting Started with VirtualSutra AI

VirtualSutra AI is a security inspection platform. It scans your cloud infrastructure and code repositories, then surfaces findings, compliance scores, and remediation guidance through this console.

First time here?

  1. Your administrator has deployed the platform and configured authentication. See Authentication Setup if you are the administrator.
  2. Sign in at the URL your administrator provided - see Authentication for sign-in options.
  3. Configure your targets - set up cloud credentials and repository tokens before running your first inspection:
  4. Cloud account setup → (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  5. Repository token setup → (GitHub, GitLab)
  6. Start your first inspection - Running an Inspection →

The console at a glance

Security Overview ── quick summary of recent runs, open findings, compliance status
Runs ── list and detail view for every inspection run
Schedules ── recurring inspections on a cron schedule
Findings ── browse, filter, and action security findings
Reports ── downloadable PDF / HTML / JSON / CSV / SARIF
Notifications ── personal alert preferences (Slack, email, webhook)
Settings ── API connection and default inspection preferences

What you see depends on your role. A viewer can read runs, findings, compliance and WAF. An operator can additionally start and cancel runs, manage schedules, triage findings and manage connections. An admin gets the tenant configuration and identity surfaces on top: Settings > Admin, SSO, custom frameworks and checks, compliance parameters, LLM configuration, notification channels and billing. Pages your role cannot use are not shown, rather than shown and then refused. The Tier & Scope Matrix has the full breakdown.

Light or dark

The console follows your operating system's appearance by default. To pin it, open the user menu in the top bar and pick Light, Dark or System. The choice is remembered in that browser only - it is not part of your account, so it does not follow you to another device.
